The money already exists
NamuGo holds the client's payment before you are even matched. You are never in the position of finishing a job and then discovering they "will transfer it tomorrow".
No price arguments
The price comes from a published rate card, agreed by the client before you arrive. Found something extra? Send it as a separate request — you continue only after they approve it.
Paid every Friday
Completed jobs are queued and paid out weekly to your own bank account through Stripe. You can see exactly what is pending and what has already been paid, inside the app.
Real time, honestly counted
Hourly work starts only when you confirm arrival with the client's code. Fixed-price work pays the same whether you are fast or slow — being good at your trade is rewarded, not punished.
Wasted trips are still paid
Wrong specialist, missing part, nobody home? Report it in the app and the client is still charged the call-out fee. You are not left unpaid for showing up.
Only jobs you can actually do
You see work in your city, in the trades you registered for — nothing else. Go offline any time and the feed simply goes quiet.
The honest part
What NamuGo takes
NamuGo keeps a commission from what the client pays. Dispatching someone immediately costs real effort — finding an available master, live ETA, support — so urgent jobs carry a higher commission than jobs booked in advance.

There is no monthly fee, no charge for having an account, and no charge for jobs you decline.
Requirements
What you need to start
A government-issued ID
Required from everyone. Reviewed by a person on our team before your account is approved.
A trade certificate — for regulated trades
Plumbing, electricity and heating require a valid certificate or licence for each trade you register for. Being certified in one does not imply another.
Professional liability insurance — for the same trades
You arrange your own policy and upload proof with its expiry date. For electricians this is a legal requirement in Lithuania, not just our rule. We track the expiry and warn you before it lapses.
A Stripe payout account
You complete a short verification inside the app — Stripe collects your bank details directly. NamuGo never sees or stores your bank account number.
To be 18 or older, working legally
You work as an independent professional, responsible for your own tax and social contributions — through individual activity (individuali veikla) or your own company.

Before you apply
Am I employed by NamuGo?
No. You are an independent professional. You decide when you are available, which jobs you accept, and how you carry out the work — subject to the trade standards and law that already apply to your profession. You are responsible for your own tax, social security and licensing.
When exactly do I get the money?
A job's payout is queued once the client confirms the work, or automatically 24 hours after you upload the "after" photo if they do nothing. Queued payouts are transferred weekly to your Stripe account, and from there to your bank.
What if a client disputes a job?
The payout for that job is put on hold while we review it — you will see it clearly marked as on hold in the app, not silently missing. The money is not lost; it stays paused until the dispute closes.
What happens if my certificate or insurance expires?
The app warns you in advance. If a document does lapse, you simply stop being matched with new jobs in that specific trade until you upload a current one — any job you already have in hand can still be completed and paid normally.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. Go offline any time, and delete your account from inside the app whenever you like — the only condition is finishing, handing off or cancelling a job you have currently accepted, so no client is left waiting.
